I love E-cookbooks. I tend to get a little messy when I cook. With these I print out the recipes I want, slip them into page protectors, and then into my own 3-ring notebook.

If you want to write your own ebook, you'll need software. I use a PDF generator (similar to Adobe Acrobat). But you don't have to pay the $250 that they ask for! Try InstantPDF for less than half of what Adobe sells their program for!
Let me also recommend that you join Entreprenuers at Home if you want to write and/or sell your own ebooks. There are a lot of experienced people there willing to help!
